CONSTRUCTIONSAL DETAILS :
CASING : The casing or body is fabricated from M. S. plates in welded construction fitted with flanges on both the ends to facilitate duct connection or to provide Birdscreen.
IMPELLER : The impeller is of Aerofoil section cast in Aluminium alloy, dynamically balanced as per VDI 2060 standard. |

DRIVE ARRANGEMENT : These fans are available in direct drive arrangement or V-belt drive arrangement. In case of Direct drive arrangement the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft, and both the impeller & motor ate housed inside the casing. In case of V-belt drive arrangement impeller is mounted on a separate shaft supported on two ball bearings and plummer Blocks inside casing, the motor is mounted on outer side of casing and shaft is driven with V-belts. |

RANGE : Vishwakarma Axial Flow Fans are available in size of 9.0” to 70.” Diameter, handing Air quantities from 600 CFM to 70000 CFM at a static head of 5.0 mm Wg to 150 Wg. |
